Buffalo Chicken Dip

A simple game day slow cooker recipe. 

Directions:

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken, hot sauce, ranch, cream cheese, salt and pepper.
  2. Turn slow cooker to high and cook for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  3. Shred the chicken.
  4. Add the cheese to the slow cooker and stir.
  5. Turn slow cooker to warm and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips, baguette or crunchy veggies.

Tip: For easy shredding, once cooked, place the chicken breasts in a stand mixer with a paddle attachment and turn on low until completely shredded.
